How do I find a certain seller on Amazon?

Anyone notice how hard it is to find where you rate a seller on Amazon or am I crazy?

  • Someone I bought an iPad from keeps begging me to give them a good seller rating/feedback and when I click on them on Amazon can't seem to find how to do that...maybe I am crazy or just tired.

    crazy. click on 'your account' and then 'your orders' on the item hover over 'available actions' and one of them should be 'leave seller feedback' this is only possible when purchase from a 3rd party

Amazon doesn't encourage it as much as they used to. You have to go to "Your Account," then "Leave Seller Feedback." They used to send a generous number of random e-mails encouraging buyers to rate sellers they had purchased from recently. I think they've stopped that altogether. I sell a modest amount on Amazon (40-50 items per year). I've noticed a huge decrease in the number of feedback I get. I've only received 3 ratings in the last 12 months. I have noticed that sellers now have the option to send a communication to buyers requesting feedback themselves. I haven't done it yet though. I feel like sending a personal message like that is spam-ish and a little like begging.
