How do I recover my video from my blackberry phone?

What can be done to display a YouTube video on a mobile phone (Android, iPhone, and Blackberry) if the owner has not made it viewable for download?

I am trying to help out a non-profit by making a QR code that they can add to a letter which will take readers to their video explaining the mission. The video is on YouTube as I copied that from youtube to my QR code generator app 'iQR' then when I scan it with my QR reading app 'Optiscan' on my iPhone the video then opens up in YouTube but then I get an error that says "Could not load movie." I then got the link generated by youtube. Tried the same process but then got an error that said that the owner did not yet make that availabe for mobile. I have never seen this before and the organization is in a bit of hurry and the person I am doing this as a favor for does not know who to reach.

Down load u-tube as in to phone and you phone has solitude to play video from most sights.
