What are some good ideas for a portal that connects employers with students seeking part time jobs?

• While in college, I didnt have enough opportunities to work part-time because of which I quit studies. I am planning to start a huge portal for students completing 12th grade and enrolling for the next year. This portals will work as a mediator between the Student and Company/Industry/Small Business/Food Joints/Hotels/Partnership Firms/Malls who regularly need apprentice to work at their office in much less salary than a professional. These students can take-up apprentice jobs in desired locations and fields further going on to make careers out of it. The student can enroll to work at a food joint for 2 months and at a local mall for 6 months. Shortlisting candidates can be further discussed. What shall i add in this so that it will become an unique site?

  Make it a dating site for managers who are looking for student level lovers. The managers get a young hottie to have sex with and the students get an older lover who can show them who to succeed. This is the 2nd oldest business model in the world by the way.....
