Is there any Website Grader/Analysis service that provides an API (free or paid) so I can use it in my website?

    You'll have a hard time finding one as good as either Pear or Grader for free. There are a lot of different APIs out there that will let you pull something together, though: The Google PageSpeed API at http://code.google.com/apis/pagespeedonline/ is free and will give you a lot of performance information. The Klout API will give you social media data. http://codex.getstat.com will get you rankings data for top sites. I hope this is helpful - there aren't any easy answers, but you can provide a lot of useful data to your clients.
