Agreed. Uline is cheapest option BUT there are lots of local vendor that are cheaper with volume.  The USPS option mentioned above is only cheaper if you ship priority. Don't fall for that - most vendors/customers will want cheaper/slower and you will find that shipping it in your own boxes is best via UPS or Fedex.

Look for box manufacturers in your area and inquire about their 'overrun' boxes. Their inventory changes everyday. Keep a watch and buy in bulk the boxes that you use most. They sell all kind of boxes, new, printed, single wall double wall etc. They usually deliver for free. The trick is to build up stock when you find something good.
