How do you block someone from calling/texting you?

If I block someone on Quora, will that prevent my content from showing up in their home page feed?

  • If I block someone it prevents their content from showing up in my feed, but does it work the other way around? If I were to block someone, I'm not sure I'd want my questions and answers going into their feed. For the record, I've never blocked anyone, nor have I even thought about blocking someone. I'm just curious how this feature works for users who do use it.
