How do I create a web based msn?

Web Conferencing: What is the best platform for hosting voiceover PPT or video presentations that I create for subscribers to access?  I am creating a subscription-based website and want to create and post short (5-30 minute) courses that people can watch.

  • I created a PPT deck of 12 slides with audio, but it's 135 MB.  How do I post that for people to access from inside my subscription-based site? (My site is a Word Press theme that allows subscriptions.)   I am new to this and trying to find the best (and least expensive yet easy to use) program to create courses in and then figure out how to post them for access by my future subscribers.  I shot a short video, but it's 140 MB.  Help!  I anticipate having 250 - 500 subscribers in about a year's time.

You should look into using Amazon S3 and their Cloudfront service to store and stream your videos.  There are a number of Wordpress Plugins that can help you accmomplish this easily.    Of course you can probably figure out how to do this for free but there is a paid plugin you should try called S3MediaStream that makes it simple.   Here is the link http://www.wp21century.com/ You can try doing it yourself by using JW Player Plugin for WordPress and an Amazon S3 and Cloudfront.     Thanks

Hi Saad, Great to see you are wanting to integrate a form of presentation application into your existing service. Reinforcing your brand is a great idea. You want your users to come to your brand and live your brand, not a third party brand. It is usually pretty simple to integrate an existing service into your service with either Wordpress plug-ins or a code snippet. Here at http://thisisdrum.com , we provide a code snipper (JS or HTML) to sit inside your portal or desired page. With the solution integrated into your portal, you can access the meeting replay either within the browser or by downloading the MP4 file locally. Laurence

I think we may be able to help.  I work for a company called BrightTALK.  We run and host online events to help professionals reach new audiences.  The majority of rich media content on BrightTALK is either PPT or video so there shouldn't be an issue there.  Our webinar and video platform is fully embeddable on your site (six different options in all).  So you can simply embed our player and have your tech team or person build a paywall over it.  The only caveat there is that your subscribers would have to sign in twice; once for the paywall and twice for the BrightTALK username and password (please note that first time subscribers to BrightTALK will have to fill out the full BrightTALK registration form).  If you're intersted in learning more please reach out to me at .  Thanks.
