How to add a video to an e-mail?

How is the best way to add a video to a PowerPoint so it works on the receiving end when sent through email?

  • I am having difficulties sending a PowerPoint with a link to a video (I'm using a PC).

  • Answer:

You can do this with iSpring Pro (http://www.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-pro). It allows converting PowerPoint presentations to a solid Flash file with video embedded, so you can send them via email without difficulties (don't forget to disable detaching media content in Publish window). Converted presentations have less file size (that makes them easier to deliver) and they viewable on different platforms. I work with a company called Knoodle that makes it easy to upload your PowerPoint and then add or record audio and video to play side by side with your slides.  You can then email it as a link or export it into a movie file.  Take a look: http://www.knoodle.com/presentation-software
