For Mac Outlook 2016, if you can create your signature in Word, then you will be able to just copy that and paste it into the signature panel, this will allow for the icons to be linked to your profiles.Thanks!

To add social media icon like Facebook to your Email Signature, do the following steps: Open MS Word on your Mac and start creating signature. Type all the text that you want to include in the signature. Download the Social Media icon and insert it below the text you’ve entered >> right click on icon and select “Hyperlink” >> in the “Link to” section, enter your Facebook page URL (To take your Facebook page URL, log into your FB account, click on your name and copy the URL) >> now click on OK.
