How do I get Google Adsense to post ads related to my site?

Does the AdSense API allow me to do location-based or keyword-based ads?

My question is similar to this one. My case is that I would like to show ads from New York City when a user is looking New York City Pictures in my site. Is it possible to request to Adsense API that "Hey, give me some New York Ads" ? Or is it possible to request keyword based Ads from Google "Hey, give me some Music or Madonna related ads; my user is looking stuff like that in my site"... This is a follow-up question to .

Adsense Mobile CAN do this, but your best bet is to work with a 3rd party publisher (you can still use AdSense mobile if you do this) for better geo-targetting. http://searchengineland.com/adsense-for-mobile-becomes-gateway-to-other-mobile-networks-43488 Also, the easiest way to control your ads is to sell your own.
