What free offline email readers can export contacts from Yahoo Mail accounts?

This might be overkill but you can try importing Yahoo mail contacts into Gmail then export them out of Gmail. http://email.about.com/od/gmailtips/qt/Import_Your_Yahoo_Mail_Messages_and_Contacts_Into_Gmail.htm
