What resume format and style is best for PM/startup positions?

I don't know about startup's but in smaller companies, I feel it's pretty important to show 3 things Direct domain experience - if it's a travel company make sure you have a strong domain level intersect Can hit the ground running - can show this via experience or by explicitly stating in your resume Get someone in the company to vouch for you - i.e. get to know them. In the end for PM gigs someone needs to make a call on you. Go on http://teachstreet.com - there are a few folks who've done startups that are offering resume review services.
