Is there a way to see who's been looking at my Facebook page?

Can we have a Facebook page which can be customised in such a way that each city users see updates only about his/her own city, but the Facebook page for the cause remains same for all the cities?

  • A crowdsourcing project requires a national facebook page which is accessible by individuals from all the cities, however when an individual goes to the page, he should be able to see updates from the city which he wants. Thus, there should be an option for an individual to select the city and access the updates of that city. Much like Brand's Global Fb page, where in user from a particular country could see updates only of his/her country when he selects the country name.

  • Answer:

Status updates can easily be geotargeted. When writing the status for your page, change it from "Public" to "Customize". It will then allow you to target at the city level.  Only fans in that city will see the message in their feed and on your page's wall.

The functionality can be built by an app and can be included as a tab on Facebook page. This tab can be made default instead of wall so that anyone landing on the FB page url views the tab first for looking at the citywise updates. Static global info can be posted on info tab and global updates can  be posted on wall. Or the app can be made to show global info/updates for all the cities.
