    One of the cool things about Gimp is that you're not limited to Gimp-specific brushes. There are .gbr files that are specifically created for Gimp, but you can also use Photoshop .abr files. So, if you find a Photoshop brush you like, you can install it in Gimp the same way you'd install a brush made for Gimp.
