Why cannot I open my facebook page?

I reported a fake Page and hacker months ago, as did many others. Why has Facebook ignored us?

  • This woman has harassed me via a fake Page for 4 months. She hacked my boyfriend's Page to do so.  Actually she hijacked it. He was forced to delete as we got no answer from Facebook. He paid someone to do it as he couldn't get in. Why did Facebook refuse to answer us? She also just put up another fake Page. My boyfriend deleted it last week.. somehow he was resurrected at 11:30 this morning. And on her friends list. 30 min later the Page was gone.  He tried to get into it but none of his info worked so he re-reported her. We only want justice. She has done this to others, and appears to be a serial Facebook hacker/fake Page developer.  Sad fact is I deactivated and quietly moved to my dog's Page. Yet she reported the Page as a fake, as they want the ID for my dog. Now I might be banned, and my community Page of 8000 members will be shut down.  Can someone please answer me???

    Facebook like many other popular networks is getting those requests by the hundreds every day. If it is a criminal act, Facebook is not the right entity to talk to but the local police who can guide you to the respective authorities. If it is just a personal dispute, Facebook wouldn't be the right contact either.
