If you are a Group admin, or the Group is public and allows members to invite others, simply click the "Invite by Email" link in the sidebar of the Group:

If you have their email address, you can use that to look up their profile on Facebook and add them to your group directly. Or just send them a link to the group.But I think you already knew that. :DFacebook hasn't allowed mass inviting to groups for a while now as far as I know. And you wouldn't want to do that either if you don't want people reporting your group.
