Using Facebook Platform, how can you get a list of one of my friend's friends?

This is a follow-up question to . I was under the impression that you could only use Platform to retrieve a list of the active user's friends (i.e. not the active user's friends' friends), but then I saw http://www.twigmore.com that claims I have 91,602 friends of friends. How are they getting a list of friends that belongs to each of my friends?

Answer:
The only way to have this list, is to get the friend's friends to authorize your application. See http://forum.developers.facebook.net/viewtopic.php?pid=315912. According to http://bugs.developers.facebook.net/show_bug.cgi?id=14546 there was a bug in the FQL Tester application that was exposing friends of friends. It's pure speculation, so don't take this part of my answer for granted, but maybe the bug was with FQL itself, and was exploited by Twigmore. It's also possible that Twigmore have special agreements with Facebook? I haven't tried their app so I don't know.

twigmore probably just relies on making the friend connections themselves - if you connect and your friend Sally does, twigmore could allow you to see Sally's friends too. Facebook says the avg user has 130 friends so it would only take a 6-10 friends to connect to twigmore to enable over 1000 tier 2 connections.
