How can I search back in all my emails?

How can I search Gmail for sent (outgoing) emails that never received a reply?

  • With Gmail's own search function if possible, but extensions are also acceptable.

  • Answer:

    without any extensions you can try searching for in:sent to:, you'll see all the emails you sent that person. With extensions like Etacts (which I think is shutting down), you can track unanswered conversations.

For me, as a Gmail user, the best way to find un-answered emails is Mail-Trail (http://mail-trail.com/d) It allows you to work and send messages as you always did but in case that you did not get response to your messages - Mail-Trail will send reminder email to the recipients with clear call to action which results in very high response rate to my sent messages.
