Are you looking to host it on your own domain ? since reselling it as your own will only work in that way. If you want your own product/site with clients registering under your product name and your own custom plans you may want to use http://www.inboundio.com/pro which is a hosted white label solution. Of course if you just want to do email marketing, why not just set your own mail server or use 3rd party API and build your own product
