Can you create a button on a Facebook tab app that when clicked the person who clicked it "likes" the page that the tab is on, and a form is displayed on the tab?

I'm sure there is a way but I think it would take some creative hacking since the "Like" button isn't meant to be implemented within Facebook. What I suggest doing is to use a fan reveal option that displays one set of content to Non-Fans but upon clicking the like button the content changes. For example you can display a graphic to Non-Fans that says like us now to fill out our awesome form! In most cases you will see an arrow pointing towards the like button on the top of the page. Upon pressing the Like button the tab refreshes to the form. It is the most common method available and the user base is familiar with the process. Additionally you can share the tab with fans and non-fans alike and they will all share the same user experience.
