Why am I getting error message "421 4.4.0 [internal] no MXs for this domain could be reached at this time" while trying to configure Message Systems?

Trying to setup Message Systems Momentum(an email message management sys). And while trying to send out email through its ESMTP, I keep getting this error "421 4.4.0 [internal] no MXs for this domain could be reached at this time" (when sending to a internal email address). I am also getting error message: "451 4.4.1 [internal] No valid hosts (unable to make any connections)" while sending out to a external email address.(like )

Answer:
You don't have a properly built MX or A record for the domain you're trying to send to and the mail server software doesn't know that domain is locally delivered.
