How can I create a real magazine?

Print Media: How can I create a Magazine out of WordPress-Content?

  • I'm looking for the easiest way to get the content of a WordPress-Blog into some kind og Magazine or a Book. Since it is possible to Export the content as XML, I thought it might be possible to sned it to a provider of photobooks. Or, another possibility, to import those XML-Content to InDesign to create a printable PDF. Any ideas on that?!

I played with a free online service (BLOGBOOKER) that converts your entire site into a PDF and it worked amazingly well. http://www.blogbooker.com/wordpress.php The service isn't perfect and while it successfully created all my pages, it also created many blank pages. You'll know what I mean when you try it yourself. Or a commercial serivce like http://www.blurb.com/create/book/blogbook  if you wish a hardcopy of the whole blog. Well, in India, I use http://blog2book.pothi.com/app/ to convert wordpress blogs into PDFs, books. I'm not sure if they ship overseas.
