What is an iPad app for very dynamic org charts / mind mapping / family tree / circles on the fly?

  • I have a reporting-tree that changes per project, and has close to 100 people.  I'm picturing basically the functionality of Google Circles: an iPad app where there's are a zillion circles and you just drag them underneath each other to create an org chart, on the fly as I and my management team discuss who should be on what team--ideally very simple, very visual, very animated, full-screen, pinch & zoom, circles change size either automatically or simply, maybe data stored in the cloud so the rest of the team can collaborate on their ipads/iphones...  I'm not looking for a heavyweight Visio clone, more of a mind-mapping program.  Of course I'll learn all the advanced features if they're there, but the main thing is just the brainstorming. Please edit/rephrase/recategorize this question if I'm phrasing it wrong, since my request is so abstract at this point...
