What is a commission sales associate?

What's a good commission range for someone doing ad sales for a website purely on commission?

    I'd go with 25%. It also depends if the lead flow is natural or not. For sites with a decent natural lead flow, 25% is fair. For sites without a natural lead flow, you would want to go higher.
