How to organize a backpack?

How can we get the most out of 37signals' Backpack Pages?

• Pages are a part of the web app called Backpack from http://37signals.com. You can use it to combine text, images, files, and checkbox lists to organize and share  important information. What are some ideas for using it in our small virtual company?

• Answer:

  List every page of the user experience: A full list of every template/view for our web app, our marketing site, our emails, and our support system - the idea is that no part of the core user experience is left out, and the list is kept up to date. This would be a big help to me from a design perspective because there is still a mountain of templates and pages that have yet to be redesigned (note: I work with Ken, who asked this question)
