Is there an offline bible for iPod touch?

What is the best podcast management app for the iPod Touch that downloads for offline listening and allows subscriptions?

• I have an iPod Touch, but I currently don't have regular access to a computer I can sync it with. I've been able to grab podcasts through iTunes, but since it doesn't do subscriptions like "regular" iTunes, I have to manually find and download episodes on a regular basis. I've seen a few decent-looking podcast apps that have subscription/management features, but all of these stream. I don't have 24/7 wi-fi access, I need to *download* the podcasts so I can listen to them when I'm out of range. If someone could recommend a free podcast app that lets me manage subscriptions and downloads instead of streaming, it would be greatly appreciated.

  I find Stitcher to be quite good on my 3rd generation iPod Touch. The current version streams, but also lets you preload podcast episodes while in wi-fi range for listening later. The one downside I've found is that not every podcast in iTunes is available via Stitcher, but I have found plenty.
