How might clock synchronization work with RSA SecurID tokens?

Are there any similar products biometric authentication as bloomberg's B-unit(to replace RSA tokens for web authentication)?

• Search for B-unit for more details but basically its a small credit card like device that authenticates your finger print then once you pass the login screen(of bloomberg's site) you get a flashing screen which you put your b-unit up against and it returns a code that you enter to complete your login.  Its a replacement to the RSA tokens most people use and I'm wondering if there's any products out there that are like this? http://www.bloomberg.com/professional/hardware/ I need to secure a financial web app and although most firms are using RSA, I am curious if anything else is out there that achieves the same result.  Any suggestions would be great!
