How much should one charge for a quick Pen-and-Ink drawing?

• It's been almost ten years already since I last drew full-time. And now that I have replenished myself with new ideas, I'm just about ready to draw professionally. But where should I start? I decided that I start with the very basic, and that is perhaps with on-the-spot drawing; however I'm beginning to believe that prices may vary depending on the kind of drawing itself. And this might even cross some uncharted boundaries, if gone unnoticed. A few examples: how much should I charge for a Portrait Drawing? If it's just an impromptu drawing of anything that comes to mind (or the customer's mind) on paper and they like it, how much should I charge? If at some point someone liked my drawing and I simply offered to that person the same drawing because that person loved it, would have I charged for it? Most likely I would have just probably given the person the art, even though it pained me a bit to have done so seeing my work just simply given away to an almost total stranger, but what would that say me? PLUS here's another problem: I think I draw fast. REALLY fast. I could probably whip-out a 6" x 9" Pen-Brush and Ink drawing, regardless of detail and subject, within 30 minutes to an hour on average. If i charge by the hour I'd feel that, because of both the short time it took me to produce a high-quality, detailed drawing, it'd be a waste of energy!  And yet I LOVE drawing! I just want to make my drawing experience entirely worthwhile. Please, help me with this curse...!
