T-Shirts: I have some quality screen presses with a sell-able design, what online business in your opinion is the best to open up a storefront with? Should I create my own site?

I'd say etsy is quite good in that there's a built in community there. I'd also recommend shopify, or bigcartel if you have your own site and you want to handle credit cards etc on your site.
