If I use Google Mail for my company's email, can I set up a shared address book for everyone in the office?
-
The way we have it set up now is that all our office email addresses use gmail, with our own domain name (http://john.doeATcoolcompany.com) Each month an updated address book is sent out to everyone in the office, which we then import into Outlook. I'm hoping to find some way in which updates can be made by the Admin in ONE place, and that change automatically shows up in everyone's address book. Can Google Mail handle this?

Answer:
Yes: http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=60218 Since you are using Outlook, see also: http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=166870 Note that your users will still have their own My Contacts lists which may become outdated: http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1628008
