How to connect my pc to my tv/projector?

When I connect to my office PC(Win XP) from my PC(Win 7 Ultimate) through VPN, I can able to connect. But after disconnecting, my office PC gets locked. When I try to unlock, it says, "this PC is locked. only administrators can unlock this computer" but I have admin rights too. Is this the behavior?

  • This happens even when I connect through remote connection from windows 7 enterprise to windows XP within my office. Help needed. Thanks in advance.

    This behavior is as-designed. The idea is that if you're working remotely you wouldn't want someone walking up to your unlocked work PC after you've disconnected and doing stuff without your knowledge. As far as I know there's no way to disable this behavior because it would introduce a huge security risk.
