Does any company in Silicon Valley offer tuition assistance?

They cap the amount of money they will pay as tuition, and you are required to maintain a certain grade point average and also maintain a good performance rating at work. At startups that are pretty small, and where there isn't a proper HR setup yet, you could still talk to the founders and get this done. I have seen it happen before.
