What is the best programming language to start coding mobile iOS applications?

I want to make social media apps for iOS to start with, is my main/best option just to learn ObjC outright since that is the native language? Or what's the best way to go about it - for the whole program top to bottom (front-end, back-end, everything). I'm just a little lost because I've looked at tech stacks of apps and see things like the Python and Java and all of the other languages in there. Thanks!

Yes, just learn Objective-C and the Apple-supplied libraries. Any other choice will just create a bunch of obstacles that you don't need. If you're just getting started, take the path of least resistance.
