Is there a Google+ share URL that can have a URL appended to its query string?

I was planning on creating a Quora browser extension to share a question and answers on Google+ (See: ), but I can't seem to find a share URL that can have a link appended to its query string.

I created the hack cited above. It's only a workaround and not the official button. I will be creating a WordPress plugin for this in the next week.
