What are the best sushi restaurants in Paris?

Jin (http://www.forbes.com/sites/natashafrasercavassoni/2013/02/07/jin-latest-and-authentic-japanese-culinary-escape/) is the talk of the year for sushi in Paris Lô Sushi, near the Champs-Elysées is at least decent and attracts some crowd I use to go to the sushi bar at the Galleries Lafayette store : the high turnover and masses of Japanese tourists guaranteed fresh fish with above-average quality.  Not been there in a few years though Benkay offers excellent sushi, though the place is more know as a teppan restaurant. Otherwise, lots of Japanese eateries on rue St-Anne where you are unlikely to be disappointed.

The best in my opinion is this tiny spot in the 16th where you sit on the floor, the husband is cooking in the back and the wife is waiting the 7 tables available. If you are in Paris and taking a nice walk in Montmartre, you should not miss the Guilo Guilo for authentic japanese cuisine and exquisite sushis. The chef, Eiichi Edakuni, distributes his japanese vessels around the counter and surprise you with amazing dishes from  bass sushi with a celery coulis to soy milk cheese cake. The menu changes every month. I went many times and I am always stunned by these amazing dishes!

Kokoya, 5 Rue des Batignolles, 75017. Good food with a nice atmosphere. I think there are only 4-5 tables. I can recommend the menu dégustation and the sesame crème brûlée!

We used to love Matsuri back when we lived in Paris. My favorite was the one in 16th arr (rue Passy if I am not mistaken). I loved their sushi bar, I always enjoyed picking things from the bar, they were all delicious.
