What is the name of this painting/photo or Who is the Artist?

Does the company or developer name (or artist name) we are asked to specify while adding the first app on iTunes Connect have to be a legal entity? Can we use any fictitious name?

Specify the company or developer name to display on the App Store for your apps. The company name cannot be changed, so be sure to enter the correct name. 1. Can I use any fictitious name? Does it have to be a legal entity? 2. Do they ever reveal the REAL developer name (the one which we registered with them) to users? 3. I have heard that on the App Store if you click on the seller name, the real name gets displayed. Is it true? I am really new to iPhone development. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  For individuals: 1. Yes, you can use any name you want, but choose it wisely, it is very difficult to change it afterward. Also keep in mind that the name is going to be the same for all your applications. 2. Yes also. Apple shows the chosen name in search results in the App Store but when you go to the App page, you see both the name you chose AND your real name. 3. They don't need to tap or click anything, it is displayed by default. Example: Look at this page http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/wallet-dilemma-currency-converter/id410294893 . My name is Nils Hayat and I entered taplicious as fictitious name when submitting the app. You can see that both appear on that page. If you want your real name to be hidden, then you need to enroll as a company and for that, you need... a company!
