How do I get rid of targeted Contextual Ads?

If a user is logged into my site via Facebook connect, what are the best ad networks to use to get targeted ads based on the user's Facebook data?

I built a web app that requires users to log in through facebook. While considering what ad network to use, I want to find a network that show ads that convert better, ideally through targeting based on fb data.
