How to create an email address when you never created any email address before? [Stupid Question]

Can you create your email address somehow if you are new to web and you dont have any email address? Because then you can definitely not create address at Gmail/Yahoo/MSN

You can use a site like http://www.mailinator.com/ to create a temporary email address that you can check just to confirm it is your email address. After you create your Gmail address you should create another Gmail address with the secondary email being your first email address. Now in the first Gmail address change the secondary email address to the second Gmail address you created for security. (Hope that makes sense)
