How to sent an email automatically with Android?

What are ways to schedule email to be sent later automatically using Gmail?

  • Gmail is missing the ability to schedule when an email gets sent - you must click the "send" button at the exact moment of delivery. How is it possible to schedule outbound email to be sent at any future date and time using Gmail? Is there a free email scheduler solution for Google Apps for Business, too? (Solutions for Gmail without using an external email client like Outlook!)How about an android solution?

Now that I found the right words to describe my own question, I found the solution to answer the question by myself: Boomerang is a browser extension for Firefox and Google Chrome. This add-on allows you to schedule email with Gmail (and Google Apps email) at later times. Boomerang offers three options for sending emails. The first option allows you to send email after a specified amount of time (for example in 2 hours). The second option allows you to set a specific time in the calendar. The third option allows you to send out a email at a random time. Boomerang for Gmail is a Firefox / Chrome plugin that lets you take control of when you send and receive email messages. source: http://devilsworkshop.org/gmail-schedule-email-boomerang/ Here is a video demo of Boomerang: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy9ep56lucw Boomerang Homepage http://www.boomeranggmail.com An alternative solution is LetterMeLater (http://www.lettermelater.com/). LetterMeLater works with other webmail (Web-based e-mail) solutions, too. - Boomerang, LetterMeLater let you send email to the future http://blogs.computerworld.com/16754/boomerang_lettermelater_let_you_send_email_to_the_future The third solution is Deferred Sender (http://www.deferredsender.com/) http://alternativeto.net/software/lettermelatercom/ MailChimp - And for commercial marketing and mass mails to customers you can use tools like http://www.MailChimp.com on top of Google Apps email for Business with automatic scheduling options for different time zones of countries (TimeWarp: Schedule email campaigns by recipient timezone http://blog.mailchimp.com/timewarp-schedule-email-campaigns-by-recipient-timezone/). But that is not a ideal solution to send private mails, although the basic version is free. Update: According to you can also use CRM software Streak

One big concern with boomerang for gmail and related apps is that you will have to give full access to your gmail to a third party. You can now schedule messages to be sent later / return to your inbox using Gmail Scheduler (open source, free and based on google app script) See https://github.com/webdigi/GmailScheduler and install the app with this link https://script.google.com/macros/s/AKfycbw6hnnKGeG6xUsbRE9c3WSvJibTbaW88DP9f83e8lFnc1v1kL0/exec

Download Sidekick from Hubspot - it's on a freemium model so if you don't need to schedule a lot of emails then it's perfect. As it's a browser extension it just gives you the option to schedule the email inside gmail and it tracks when they've been opened.
