How do I publish a full blog post to email subscribers?

I am looking for a free service that can automatically publish a full wordpress blog post to an email that we can push out to a few hundred subscribers. I am aware of mailchimp, but I need one that will allow us to import an existing list of email addresses without opt-in.

You don't need prior opt-in with to create a list. They trust that your list is legit. They'll rate your email list based on the number of unsubscribes and bounces after you start blasting. Their free account allows you to have up to 2000 email subscribers across all your lists.
