Hello SEOs Geeks, I just released a new article about Google knowledge graph that will turn the search from keyword based approach thanks to web entities and relation between them. But I know also about Schema.org and can't find it in this move, do you know more?

SEO semantic web : relation between Google knowledge graph and http://Schema.org or even vocubulary RDFa : http://www.referencement-site-montreal.com/futur-referencement-naturel-google-organic-seo.html

Answer:
In a way you're right: http://schema.org doesn't appear to play a direct role in the Knowledge Graph, despite the fact that it facilitates - even goes out of its way to facilitate - both rich entity markup and explicit linking of resources. I think the critical thing to keep in mind about http://schema.org is that it's a vocabulary, and not a data source. What's at play in Knowledge Graph currently are Google's best effort at "verifiable facts," and these are linked to canonical "reliable" information sources (regardless of what one may think of the quality of the entries, Wikipedia is at the very least a curated knowledge source, which makes a Wikipedia entry much more reliable, on average, on an arbitrary source of information). Google product manager Emily Moxley said (http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/how-google-organizes-the-world-qa-with-the-manager-of-knowledge-graph.php): We purposely try to show things that are definitely true - factual - not things that are subject to speculation or opinion, and we err on the side of facts Indeed, the thrust of the http://schema.org initiative is precisely opposite: collect data from the broadest range of sources available. And that's where http://schema.org may come into play in future iterations of Knowledge Graph. If Google can learn how to ascertain what bits of those data being supplied through structured markup referencing http://schema.org can be "trusted," then they can incrementally broaden the breath of what's presented in Knowledge Graph, and the connections between entities represented there.
