What is the best CSV editor on OS X?

I am looking for a tabular, fast, lightweight, and cheap CSV editor for OS X. By tabular I mean NOT a simple text editor-- I want something with a spreadsheet view. The options I have tried so far are all weak. Numbers '09 is very slow and makes the user jump through hoops. When you open a CSV file it is immediately converted to .numbers format, and it must be exported as CSV to save any changes to the original CSV file. I have also tried CSVedit, obtained from the app store. CSVedit is fast but it does not open a huge number of CSV files. It also is just generally unpolished and lacks keyboard shortcuts. Microsoft Excel is slow and cumbersome. Anyone know of alternatives?
