Why does Facebook use Websense instead of Google's Safe Browsing API?

Facebook and Websense signed a deal to protect Facebook users from links that lead to malware and malicious sites ( http://techcrunch.com/2011/10/03/facebook-partners-with-websense-to-protect-users-from-malicious-sites-and-malware/ ). Why doesn't Facebook just use Google's Safe Browsing API?

Google is Facebook's competitor; while Websenes is not, and Websense is more professional in security.
