How to export CSV file with specific name?

Which social media networking sites don't allow users to export their list of contacts to a csv file?

• Export including email address if the profile knows it. If seems like you should own your data. It seems like a social media site should allow its users, the people sometimes being sold to advertisers,... to be able to export their list of contacts. It is rude not to allow users to get their data.

  Facebook won't.  For a long time they allowed this, but now that they are so dominant, they're exploiting their monopoly position.  Perhaps they'll face an antitrust class action.  Not likely though. Courts selectively enforce arbitration clauses to protect the 1%.  And there's a loophole via Yang and co. probably dating from when they were an upstart needing Yahoo's help.
