What does this Brazilian text mean in English?

Is there a way to read text in Spanish on the iPad so that you can just highlight words and see what they mean in English?

  I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that I still don't know of any way to get iOS to use Spanish-English dictionary. The good news is that with iOS 7, it seems you can now choose multiple built-in dictionaries. Yeah! Here's how: Tap/Hold on an ENGLISH word until a context menu (some options) pops up. Click Define. Assuming you're using your iPad in English, that word should be in the default English dictionary. Here's the new part. When the definition pops up, click on Manage in the bottom left. A list of dictionaries should pop up. Click on the cloud icon for each desired dictionary. There seems to be a delay for the icon to change and start downloading, but be patient. After this step, you should be able to find Spanish definitions for Spanish words. Enjoy!
