How does a company distribute an iOS app for Beta testing?

• Hi all,   In 2 weeks we're going to have a closed Beta program to let 50 users test our App which will be launched in App Store in few months. To distribute the Beta build to users' devices, we would like to use the Ad-Hoc distribution way to do it. However, due to the limitation of Ad-Hocdistribution that we can only distribute the App to 100 devices and our quota has already been 80% used by QA and R&D, we don't have enough seats left for our Beta testing (now only <10 seats left for Ad Hoc installation).   Therefore, we're wondering :    * What can we do to achieve our distribution goal (50 installation) for Beta testing?    * Is there any way to increase the Ad-Hoc limit of 100 device per Developer Account?    * How do other big companies handle this? One company can only apply for one "Company" iOS developer account which associate with 100 devices. With this limitation, given the fact that a big company might have thousands of QA and R&D, how do they share this 100 seats?   Please shed some lights on this. Thank you very much!
