How to control the excessive use of ram by SQL Server?

Dashboard with multiple synchronized customizable motion charts - what platform/software should I use?

I want to create a dashboard that has following specifications: 1) Allow end-user to add/remove multiple motion charts onto the dashboard as needed. (*End-user doesn't have any programming knowledge or expertise in Tableau, QlikView, etc., so this is to be made as simple and intuitive as possible) 2) Allow end-user to change what's being displayed on the axes on each individual chart & the chart type. Alternatively there can be a list of preset charts that can be used by the end user. 3) Playback controls on each chart (play, pause, forward, backward, speed control). 4) Have a global playback control system so that all the charts play in a synchronized mode. 5) Final product has to run on an iPad. 6) Should be able to pool in data from SQL server What's the optimal software/api that I can use to build this with minimal effort? I am considering QlikView, Tableau, Google Visualization API, and FusionTables. Alternatively, QlikView API or Tableau API might work?

Well I know alot of people use http://Highcharts.com for graphs, I'm not in love with it but it's decent compared to others.
