Where can I download tne latest APK files from Nexus?

Try checking out the downloads section of the nexus website. I think gapps package files are available there. Widgets usually come along with apps and google apps are pre-preinstalled. Unless you've flashed a custom ROM. Some custom ROMs require you to install the gapps package separately. Just make sure you're using the correct gapps package file that is compatible with your OS. Likewise, not all apps could be available (eg. Google Wallet) Otherwise if you're just looking for widgets, there are a lot of third party widgets and apps from the play store thay do the job. Like some weather apps also use google weather if yku prefer that service.
