  You didn't mention what is your favorite list means softwares, music, games or what. Now what ever it is you can just copy and write those thing in different Cds  like if you want to shift all games, softwares, music in your new computer then copy games in games CD, softwares in another Cd and give it a name "software" and so on. You can use those Cds on different computers. Another way is use Flash drive. You can store all your useful data in the flash drive and then simple transfer it to your new computer but make sure the flash drive is not infected or doesn't have any virus else your new computer might also get one.
