    If you know how to reach them other then MSN try and talk to them and tell them you want to be unblocked. If they still don't want to, just talk to them on the ways to reach them. You can't unblock yourself.

You cannot unblock yourself on other's MSN Messenger's list unless they opt for that. Although you can send an E-mail to that person and request for removing you from block list but there are some users that say people can unblock themselves at other's MSN List without their approval. But, note that even If you unblock your self at other's list without their approval, you will easily get unblocked again.

It is possible to unblock yourself am not to sure how but when I block my mate as a joke sometimes he always unblocks himself somehow. He wont tell me how tho. But it is possible so good luck finding out how

I think if he/she blocked you , so its better to delete he/she from your list because that person mustn't be your friend
